The Tandem Fund began its operation in 2013 with a budget of approximately 6 million NIS, utilizing it to provide loans to social businesses with a focus on educational initiatives. The foundation operated for a decade, during which it recycled its capital to support new entrepreneurs after each loan repayment. The foundation’s investments were doubled.
